Software Implementation
ITB Consulting can provide your company with Software Implementation, seeing the process through from initial planning and selection, to testing, data migration, and user training. A typical procedure is as follows:
- The First phase begins with a planning meeting that includes your management principals and financial / accounting staff to determine optimal processes for system design and setup.
- The Second phase includes data mapping, data migration, resource assessment, project management and development of business rules for integration of the modules.
- The Third phase begins system testing, training and review of the system design, configuration and setup.
- The Fourth phase combines parallel and cutover processes.
